Important information to know before making your booking:
Party time slots are:
10:00am-12:00pm / 12:30pm-2:30pm / 3:00pm-5:00pm
* We ask that all parties adhere to their selected time slots to ensure that we keep to schedule and everyone has a great experience
Guests must stay within 3 Street and Volleyball area.
$150 deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
Remaining balance to be paid on the Tuesday prior to the function along with Final Guest Numbers.
No refunds will be processed on final numbers due to resources being allocated at the time of final numbers
For the fairness to all patrons all Parties must be booked via 3 Street.
Outside food is not allowed unless you have booked a " Self Catered Party". Any patrons who bring in food without prior authorisation will be asked to leave.
Please note, being a 3x3 Venue courts are allocated based on numbers at time of booking. 15 or less will be allocated a half court. Numbers exceeding this will have a full court.
Full courts can be arranged with Management if requested for a fee and subject to availability
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will incur a $50 non-refundable administration fee.
Cancellations made 14 days or less from event date will forfeit 50% of their booking deposit + Above admin fee
